Meet the Visionary Behind the Movement:
Maurcrei Thibodeaux, is a former high school business educator who has a background in both mental health and project development. Over the last decade Crei became a personal trainer & national fitness competitor who publicly speaks all over the globe. As a creative thinker, Crei strives to offer her community balance through leaning into topics that marginalized, underrepresented populations can both relate to and share with the masses. Podcasting has given her the chance to offer both her passion for knowledge and humorous energy to a local audience and beyond. Her expertise in ways to overcome challenges to persevere, her ability to impact staff and patients in hospitals, create Wellness culture within large and small corporate communities and encourage one to one self-empowerment for emotional intelligence is the core of her mission as a licensed practitioner.

Crei’s personal challenges with sobriety, and battles with ovarian failure were channeled into professional body-building and Wellness coaching in 2015. She has decided to offer her certified skills to other single millennial mothers and those battling substance looking to restart their lives. Her goal as a consultant is to impact those who want to be their best in all aspects of life & leave a generational wealth legacy.
